CRYPTIP is a decentralized platform that enables creators to receive cryptocurrency tips from supporters via the Solana blockchain. The Service provides tools for creating tip pages, tracking contributions, and engaging with supporters through milestones and leaderboards.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. CRYPTIP does not store, manage, or have access to your private keys or funds.
All transactions are processed directly on the Solana blockchain and are irreversible. CRYPTIP is not responsible for any loss of funds due to user error, network issues, or wallet compromise.
You acknowledge that cryptocurrency values are volatile and that tips received may fluctuate in value.

CRYPTIP may charge a small platform fee on transactions to support ongoing development and maintenance. Current fee structures will be clearly displayed before any transaction. Network fees (gas) are determined by the Solana network and are separate from platform fees.
You retain ownership of all content you create and share through CRYPTIP. By using the Service, you grant CRYPTIP a non-exclusive license to display your public profile information and content as necessary to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.
CRYPTIP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRYPTIP and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or cryptocurrency, arising from your use of the Service.
CRYPTIP reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited conduct. You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings.
